E/E architecture and vehicle control

We define the electrical architecture — controllers, networks, power distribution, harness topology — then develop the VCU firmware that ties drive modes, safety interlocks, charging and diagnostics together.

Architecture decisions are made against service reality: how a technician will read a fault, replace a module and get a rider moving again.

Connected vehicle and OTA

Telematics, fleet data, rider apps and over-the-air update infrastructure. Getting OTA right early is what lets a small team ship a vehicle and keep improving it, instead of freezing software at SOP and living with it for a decade.

We build the backend and the update pipeline with the same rigour as the firmware, including staged rollouts and rollback.

HMI and rider experience

Cluster design, app flows and the small interactions — unlock, ride-away, charge status — that decide how modern a vehicle feels. Interface work is done with the industrial design team so hardware and screen speak the same language.
