Supply chain and supplier development
We source, qualify and develop suppliers across the US, Europe and Asia, with the sourcing strategy chosen against volume, tariff exposure and the working-capital position a venture-stage program can actually sustain.
Supplier selection happens early enough to influence design. Choosing a process — casting, extrusion, stamping, injection moulding — after the part is drawn is how programs lose months.
Tooling, pilot builds and quality
Tooling kick-off, first-article inspection, PPAP, pilot builds and line-side process definition. Pilot builds are run as learning exercises: assembly sequence, takt, fixture design and operator instructions all come out of them.
Quality systems are set up to catch drift in production, not to produce paperwork.
Start of production and ramp
We stay through SOP and the ramp that follows, resolving the build issues, supplier problems and engineering changes that always appear in the first months of real production.
