Our Cleveland, Ohio facility is home to LAND's small-scale U.S. production — where prototypes, pilot builds, and limited-run vehicles are fabricated, assembled, and validated under one roof. It's where engineering, supply chain, and final assembly stay tightly coupled so programs move fast and quality stays in our hands.
For high-volume programs, we extend that capability through trusted large-scale production partnerships in Southeast Asia — giving clients a direct path from a U.S.-built pilot to globally manufactured production volumes without changing teams mid-program.

The LAND Labs team has been building product across borders since 2008 — standing on factory floors in the U.S., Mexico, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Thailand, qualifying suppliers, and shipping complex hardware at scale. That long runway is what lets us move fast without learning the hard lessons on a client's program.
We navigate the parts of global production that quietly sink programs: tariff and HTS classification, country-of-origin strategy, USMCA and free-trade qualification, supplier dual-sourcing, tooling ownership, IP protection, and the logistics of moving prototypes, pilot builds, and production volumes between regions. When a build gets hard, we've usually seen it before.
